Using this website
This website describes the restoration work The West Coast Builders performs in Los Angeles and the surrounding area. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, not advice
Guides and service pages are general information about how restoration work is done. They are not legal, insurance, medical or engineering advice, and they do not replace an inspection of your property. Your policy, lease and local rules govern your situation.
Costs mentioned on this site
Dollar figures on this site are typical ranges taken from published cost guides, shown for planning only. They are not quotes and are not our prices. The cost of any job is set by an on-site scope.
Calling us and telephone consent
By calling our number, you agree that we may call or text you back at the number you called from or the number you give us, about your request and the work. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, except for messages needed to complete work you have authorized.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded where permitted by law, for quality and to keep an accurate record of requests. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us at the start of the call.
Call forwarding and other providers
The West Coast Builders answers its calls and performs the work on the jobs it takes. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies, or when our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded or transferred to another trusted local provider in the area so that you still get help quickly. That provider is independent of The West Coast Builders; its availability, pricing, terms and work are its own, and any agreement you make with it is between you and that provider. Always ask about insurance and credentials before any work begins.
Authorizations and payment
Work begins only when you authorize it. The scope, pricing and payment terms for a job are set out in the authorization you sign, and that document governs the job.
Third-party services
The map on this site is provided by a third party and loads only when you choose to view it. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from this site.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them; the current version is always posted here with its date. Questions can be directed to us by phone at (323) 709-0141.
